Leadership & Expertise
Our various areas of practice are led by our partners who have many years of experience in their specific practice areas. The firm is under the leadership of Kenneth Awuku who is the Managing Partner, and a founding member of Primo.
Our partners have, in addition to law, diverse professional qualifications. Our team of lawyers have experiences drawn from various industries. Our lead lawyers are in addition to the law field, drawn from fields such as accounting, tax, IT, law, economics, human resources, fraud investigations and internal audit.
We help our clients to comply with regulations, and support clients with in-country setup to maximise local investment benefits and opportunities. Our partners and consultants serve as our key contact.
Ethics and Compliance
At Primo, we insist on strict compliance to our ethical business code. Making the right judgement is the least expectation of our people and our ethical standards are not subject to negotiation.
